October 13, 2004, Leesburg Councilwoman Melinda Kramer and Mayor Kirsten Umstadt present the purchase award to Trisha
Adams for her painting, Rockland Farm.
Adams' painting was selected from over 75 entries to be the first painting
in the town of Leesburg's permanent art collection. The competition was part of the town's "Fall into the Arts" arts festival
held Saturday, October 2nd, 2004.
The painting hangs in the lobby of the town office building.
